Delivery
Customer will receive a call from our team for delivery details once order confirmed.
Delivery lead-time: Deliver on next working day for orders confirmed on or before 3PM (working days). Any orders confirmed after 3PM (working days), will be considered as next working day.
Office Hour:
9:00 am – 6:00 pm (Monday to Friday)
Delivery time:
9:00 am - 6:00 pm (Monday to Saturday).
Delivery covers Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories, not available for the off-shore areas such as Lantau Island, remote or restricted areas, etc. Special delivery request such as location or time, additional HK$200 delivery fees will be charged.
- Delivery will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 is hoisted or a black rainstorm warning is in force. Our Customer Service team will contact you on the new delivery arrangement.
- If the delivery is delayed, postponed or cancelled due to traffic, weather or other factors, customers will be informed by our Customer Service team in due course.
